is a new company formed specifically to acquire and invest in Bulgarian land.
Real estate and land prices have shown considerable growth in the last 18
months and this is forecast to continue towards 2007 when Bulgaria is scheduled
to join the European Union.
Currently because of the emerging nature of the market, there are anomalies
in land pricing and the directors of BLA believe that opportunities exist
to make significant gains through considered investment and short term trades.
The directors of BLA believe that they have the necessary experience, professionalism
and market awareness to capitalise on this situation and will be able to afford
to shareholders a healthy return within a short as possible timeframe.
It is the intention of the Company to target suitable land for acquisition
and to maximise the potential of each project for profitable resale. The Company
will be wound up within 4 years of October 4th 2004
